An upcoming Reggae and Dancehall artist from Ghana with over 2000 facebook followers worldwide. As an Underground artist, he has been behind the scenes for about 15 years now. At the age of 10 years he was already part of the church choir. His Mother, found out that God has blessed her with a supernatural child, her love for him
grew immense. She supported him at all time, and even when he was performing on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Sundays in Church. His astonishing voice attracted people and got their attention. He did not stop there, he went solo, and even went more further and started playing the Guitar. He was also gifted in playing the Drums.
In Junior High school, he was well known in Ridge church and Saint Peter for his Voice and complexion. He discovered that truly he has been moving the crowd with his Golden Voice that could touch the heart of people. He began composing his very own original instrumentals, lyrics and songs.
Graduating into High School, he Joined MFANTSIPIM, the 1st Senior High School that was established by the Methodist Church on April 3rd 1876, it was located in Cape Coast. A very well renowned famous Boys school also known as “BOTWE” dedicated to fostering intellectuals on moral and spiritual growth. It groomed famous Actors, Pastors, Businessmen, and Politicians such as MAJID MICHEL, VAN VICKER, the
late EX-VICE PRESIDENT OF GHANA AMISSAH ARTHUR, and the Late EX-UN SECRETARY GENERAL KOFIANNA.
Rap was the genre that people remembered BOMBA for in BOTWE. He performed in many entertainment events the school organized and other schools invited him to perform for them. All went well for young musician.
Late summer 2012 Bomba dedicated enormous time and began composing more Rap, Reggae, Dancehall, Techno, Highlife and even Hiplife songs and instrumentals. Inspired by Legendary Reggae Artist “Bob Marley”, “Burning Spear”, and “Damian Marley”. He spent sleepless nights in the studio and most of his free time. It literally became a lifestyle. The studio became his 2nd home where he worked all day and night and even slept over.
In 2013 Muzik Freaqx was Founded and established by Bomba and
Spike and a year after, he was on his journey to launch his very first album “Genesis” featuring Uptown Energy’s musician Yaa Pono. In 2015 he was supposed to perform on campus during the SRC week. Bomba was hyped and his friends attended the event, unfortunately the organizers changed their minds and didn’t allow him to perform. Along the line it seemed hard for his music career to be pushed, backed and promoted. Knocking at so many doors, promoters and managers came on his path and wanted him to change most of his lyrical content, and sing for the ladies, in order for him to be a
commercial artist. Because he was not willing to do as they wished, he had to do it on his own.
Late 2015 Muzik Freaqx broke apart and Bomba went Solo once more. Summer 2016 he released a single, a hit song “Vanity and Sin” which made a waved on his campus.
Cooking his new dancehall single to be launched soon “Chanting Love”, watch out for it.
Bomba’s vision is to speak to the minds and hearts of the people and liberate them, causing a positive revolutionary reaction and change, through the power which is vested in the content of his songs which he wants to share with the world.
